ABOUT USShare life stories & laughter at Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing

  • YOUR LIFE
  • YOUR DECISIONS

We’re here to make your life the best it can be- at whatever level of care you find yourself in. We’re a family that looks out for each other- residents and staff alike.
Our amenities, activities and care plans are built around your needs and preferences. Genuine relationships between staff and residents means we get to know what your ‘normal’ looks like.
How you feel, look, eat and sleep each day is important to us, so if something is not right, we’ll notice right away and get the medical attention you need, pre-empting complications and hospitalization.

At Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing, you’re never a patient. You might be a retired teacher, medical professional or mechanic. Whatever your background, you’re a valued member of our community and we respect your wisdom and life experience. We’ll call you by your preferred name or title, and we’ll get to know each other’s interests, life stories and personalities.

Our goal is to customize the highest quality retirement living experience for each person. Surrounded by new and old friends, supported by caring medical staff, and serviced by dependable maintenance/living crew, you can live every day to its fullest.

How Ellisville Rehabilitation
and Nursing became home

_
1989

Since its founding in 1889, Bethesda Health Group has maintained an excellent reputation through exceptional quality and service, as reflected by their 5-star quality CMS ratings.

_
2010

The 210-bed community is fully renovated. Throughout the years, Bethesda Meadow has meticulously upgraded and refreshed the community’s physical campus, as well as their patient programs and service offerings, to meet the ever-changing healthcare needs of Ellisville and the larger St. Louis community.

OUR CAMPUS

The Place We Call Home

Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing is located on a beautiful and expansive 14-acre campus. Residents here relish the opportunity to spend time outdoors with friends and family, or simply savor the sights and sounds of our lush and beautifully-landscaped grounds and water features. In fact, for many, enjoying the outdoors is an essential part of their daily life here.
